肌肉能量技术联合腕踝针治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用肌肉能量技术联合腕踝针治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法 选取2023年1~6月41例颈型颈椎病患者为对照组;2023年7~12月41例颈型颈椎病患者为观察组。对照组予常规护理和西药治疗,观察组在常规护理基础上,进行肌肉能量技术及腕踝针治疗。比较两组患者数字疼痛评分(numerical rating scale,NRS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)的差异。结果 观察组与对照组NRS评分在治疗后1周、4周、8周差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组NDI评分在治疗后1周、4周、8周差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 肌肉能量技术联合腕踝针治疗颈型颈椎病,有利于减轻患者疼痛,改善颈椎功能障碍,提高患者舒适度,降低复发率,对颈型颈椎病疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using muscle energy technology combined with wrist ankle acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 41 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the control group through continuous enrollment,41 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine care and western medicine treatment,while the observation group received muscle energy technology and wrist ankle acupuncture treatment on the basis of routine care.Observed and statistically analyzed the differences in Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and Neck Disability Index(NDI)between two groups of patients.Results With age,gender and years of education as covariates,there was no significant difference in NRS score and NDI index between the observation group and the control group before treatment.There was a statistically significant difference in NRS scores at the first week after treatment(P<0.05),and there were strong differences at the fourth and eighth weeks(P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in NDI index between the observation group and the control group at the 1st,4th and 8th weeks(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of muscle energy technology combined with wrist ankle acupuncture treatment for patients with cervical spondylosis is beneficial for reducing pain,improving cervical dysfunction,improving patient comfort,reducing recurrence,and promoting disease recovery.
