艾灸六神穴联合耳穴贴压治疗初产妇产后心理障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察艾灸六神穴联合耳穴贴压治疗初产妇产后心理障碍的疗效。方法 采用艾灸联合耳穴贴压对初产妇进行心理干预,比较观察组和对照组产妇的抑郁、焦虑和满意度的情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者抑郁评分量表(SDS)、焦虑评分量表(SAS)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量(EPDS)有效率及患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 艾灸六神穴联合耳穴贴压可以明显改善初产妇的抑郁与焦虑不良心理情绪,提升患者的满意度。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on the six shen acupoints combined with auricular acupressure in treating postpartum psychological disorders in primiparous women.Methods A distinctive treatment was applied to primiparous women using moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure.The patients were divided into a routine control group and a clinical experimental group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received general routine treatment,while the experimental group received additional moxibustion on the six shen acupoints combined with auricular acupressure.The incidence of postpartum depression,anxiety,and treatment satisfaction in both groups were statistically compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant statistical difference in the anxiety and depression scales and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the clinical experimental group showed significantly higher effectiveness rates on the depression scale,anxiety scale,EPDS,and treatment satisfaction compared to the routine control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction level in the clinical experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the routine control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion on the six shen acupoints combined with auricular acupressure can significantly improve depression and anxiety in primiparous women and enhance patient satisfaction.
