益肾复原汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨益肾复原汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松症患者疗效及安全性。方法 选择2023年3月至2023年9月老年骨质疏松症患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上加益肾复原汤。两组患者均治疗6个月。比较两组患者疗效、证候积分、骨代谢、骨密度及不良反应。结果 治疗6个月后,观察组有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(79.17%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者证候积分均降低,观察组患者耳鸣耳聋、腰膝酸软、性欲减淡、发脱齿松及两足萎软得分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PINP、股骨颈部、骨粗隆间部及腰椎(L1~4)骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);β-CTx低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 益肾复原汤辅助干预能提高老年骨质疏松症患者疗效,有助于降低证候积分,改善患者骨代谢和骨密度水平,且无明显毒副作用。Objective To Explore the efficacy and safety of Yishen fuyuan Decoction in treating elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods 96 patients with senile osteoporosis from March 2023 to September 2023 were selected as subjects,and 48 patients in each group were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yishen fuyuan Decoction.Both groups completed 6 months of treatment.The differences in treatment effect,syndrome score,bone metabolism,bone mineral density and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,higher than that of the control group 79.17%(P<0.05).Syndrome scores in both groups were significantly reduced after 6 months of intervention.The scores of tinnitus,deafness,waist and knee pain,libido reduction,tooth loss and bifoot weakness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide(PINP),femoral neck,intertrochanteric and lumbar spine(L1~4)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).β-CTx was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant intervention of Yishen fuyuan Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with osteoporosis,help to reduce the syndrome score,improve the bone metabolism and bone mineral density of patients,and has no obvious toxic and side effects.
