SPD系统在创伤骨科手术植入类耗材围术期管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 优化SPD系统对创伤骨科手术植入类耗材的围术期管理流程,探讨其在创伤骨科手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1~3月83例骨科手术为对照组,2023年4~6月83例骨科手术为观察组,对照组采取常规管理方法进行手术植入类耗材管理,观察组采取优化的SPD系统进行手术植入类耗材管理,比较骨科植入类耗材的管理效果与术中实践成效。结果 观察组管理合格率高于对照组;植入类耗材的备货种类和数量均低于对照组;外来器械跟台率(0.06%)低于对照组(81.93%);术中耗材核对时间(6.1±0.6)min短于对照组(8.2±1.4)min;手术医师对当台手术室护士(巡回、器械护士)的满意度(98.79%)高于对照组(89.39%);手术室护士工作满意度(97.33%)高于对照组(78.67%),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用优化的SPD系统对创伤骨科植入类耗材进行管理,能有效提升耗材管理质量、提升工作效率和提高医护人员满意度。Objective To optimize the management process of SPD system for implantable consumables in orthopedic trauma surgery,and explore its application effect in orthopedic trauma surgery.Methods Selected 83 orthopedic surgeries from January to March 2023 as the control group,and 83 orthopedic surgeries from April to June 2023 as the observation group.The control group adopted conventional management methods for surgical implant consumables management,while the observation group adopted an optimized SPD system for surgical implant consumables management.The management effect of orthopedic implant consumables and intraoperative practice effect were compared.Results The qualified rate of management in the observation group was higher than those in the control group.The types and storage capacity of implanted consumables were lower than those of the control group.The follow-up rate of foreign instruments(0.06%)was lower than that of the control group(81.93%).The intraoperative consumables verification time(6.1±0.6 minutes)was shorter than that of the control group(8.2±1.4 minutes).The satisfaction rate of surgical doctors towards operating room nurses(itinerant and instrument nurses)was higher(98.79%)than that of the control group(89.39%).The job satisfaction of operating room nurses(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(78.67%),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of an optimized SPD system for managing orthopedic implant consumables in trauma can effectively improve the quality of consumables management,enhance work efficiency,and increase the satisfaction of medical staff.
