泡沫敷料联合“回”字型胶布固定腰大池引流管三通阀的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察自黏性软聚硅酮有边型泡沫敷料联合“回”字型3M胶布固定腰大池引流管三通阀的效果。方法 将59例行腰大池引流患者分成2组,其中观察组30例采用自黏性软聚硅酮有边型泡沫敷料联合“回”字型3M胶布固定,对照组29例采用普通胶布二道固定,比较两组患者留置腰大池引流管期间非计划性拔管、皮肤过敏反应、敷料更换次数及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组皮肤异常1例,敷料异常3例;对照组皮肤异常1例,敷料异常9例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自黏性软聚硅酮有边型泡沫敷料联合“回”字型3M胶布固定腰大池引流管三通阀的应用显著减少了腰大池引流管敷料更换的频率,减少皮肤损伤的发生,增加管路固定的有效性,具有临床推广应用的价值。Objective To study the effect of self-adhesive soft silicone edge-type foam dressing combined with"back"-shaped 3M tape to fix the three-way valve of the lumbar drainage tube.Methods 59 patients undergoing lumbar cistern drainage treatment were divided into 2 groups according to the fixation method of the three-way valve of the lumbar cistern drainage tube.Among them,30 cases in the observation group were treated with self-adhesive soft polysilicone edge-type foam dressing combined with"back"-shaped 3 Mtape.The patients in the control group were fixed with adhesive tape,and 29 cases in the control group were fixed with double-channel ordinary adhesive tape.The unplanned extubation,skin abnormalities,number of dressing changes and the occurrence of complications during the indwelling lumbar drainage tube were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was 1 case of abnormal skin and 3 cases of abnormal dressing in the observation group.There was 1 case of abnormal skin and 9 cases of abnormal dressing in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-adhesive soft silicone edge-type foam dressing combined with"back"-shaped 3M tape to fix the three-way valve of the lumbar drainage tube can significantly reduce the frequency of dressing replacement of the lumbar drainage tube and reduce the occurrence of skin damage.It increases the effectiveness of pipeline fixation and has the value of clinical promotion and application.
