海洋修井机滑移装置结构计算分析

摘  要:滑移装置是修井机的关键部件,为了保证滑移装置能够承受修井机自重载荷、作业载荷、海洋风暴风载和地震载荷,阐述了某HXJ180DB修井机底座滑移装置的工作原理,并对滑移装置工作载荷、强度进行了计算分析。计算结果表明:修井机底座下层框架支脚的最大上拔力出现在预期风暴工况下,最大下压力出现在操作工况1a下,上拔工况下结构更为危险。滑移装置各主要结构(棘爪架、棘爪体等)在各工况下计算结果都有应力集中情况,在应力集中区应考虑增加圆弧、倒角过渡或结构加强。文中的计算方法对类似结构的计算有一定的指导和借鉴意义。The skidding device is the key part of workover rig.In order to ensure that the skidding unit can bear the self-weight load and operating load of workover rig,ocean storm wind loads,and seismic loads,this paper describes the working principle of the substructure skidding device of an HXJ180DB workover rig,and calculates and analyzes the working load and strength of the sliding device.The results show that the maximum uppull force of the lower frame support foot of the workover rig base appears in the expected storm condition,the maximum downpull pressure appears in the operating condition 1a,and the structure is more dangerous in the uppull condition.The calculation results of the main structure of the skidding device(pawl frame,pawl body,etc.)have stress concentration under various working conditions,and the arc,chamfering transition or structural strengthening should be considered in the stress concentration area.The calculation method in this paper can be used as a guide and reference for the calculation of similar structures.
