摘  要:针对当前某型飞机襟翼装配调试易超差、难度大的问题,建立襟翼运动机构刚柔耦合运动仿真模型并完成标定,验证了仿真模型的准确性。根据运动学仿真结果,形成襟翼内外收放装置长度与中央翼、副翼的间隙、阶差和剪刀差的关系规律,总结了符合各测量参数的襟翼内外收放装置的长度范围,并在两架次飞机襟翼的装配调试工序进行了验证,达到预期效果,可有效指导襟翼的装配调试,并为改善相关工序提供理论依据和数据支撑。Aiming at the current problem of out-of-tolerance and difficulty of flap assembly and debugging for a certain type of aircraft,this paper establishes a rigid-flexible coupling kinematic simulation model of flap movement mechanism and completes the calibration to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.According to the kinematics simulation results,the relationship between the length of the internal and external drive device of the flap and the gap,step difference and scissor difference of the central wing and aileron is formed,and the length range of the internal and external drive device of the flap that meets the measurement parameters is summarized,and the assembly and debugging process of the flaps of the two aircraft is verified to achieve the expected effect,which can effectively guide the assembly and debugging of the flap,and provide theoretical basis and data support for improving the related processes.
