摘  要:针对某型航空发动机出现的加力接不通故障,根据发动机加力状态控制计划和调节规律,建立了以“加力接不通”为顶事件的故障树,进行性能试验、分解检查,对故障原因进行分析,最终确定了故障源。根据控制原理分析与检查结果,判定该故障的具体原因为加力接通时,喷口预放刻度与加力供油不匹配,导致点火困难,不能点燃加力燃烧室的油气混合气,引起加力接不通;同时也不排除最小加力电磁活门ИМ4释放电压偏低,当飞机供电电压偏大时可能导致其提前关闭,引起加力接不通。In view of the afterburner disconnection fault of a certain type of aero engine,according to the afterburner state control plan and adjustment law of the engine,a fault tree with afterburner disconnection as the top event is established,the performance test and decomposition check are carried out,the cause of the fault is analyzed,and the fault source is finally determined.According to the analysis of the control principle and the inspection results,it is determined that the specific cause of this fault is that when the afterburner cannot connect,the nozzle pre-release scale did not match the afterburner oil supply,resulting in the difficulty of ignition,and the oil-gas mixture of the afterburner could not be ignited,causing the afterburner disconnection.At the same time,it is not excluded that the minimum afterburner electromagnetic valve ИМ4 release voltage is low,which may lead to early closure when the aircraft supply voltage is too large,causing the afterburner disconnection.
