摘 要:牵引联调试验台是轨道交通车辆牵引系统从研发转向产业化的重要基础。目前国内牵引联调试验台各系统相对独立,为了完成牵引系统产品的型式试验和组合试验,一般采用人工分别控制几个子系统的方式,完成试验进程、数据采集以及试验报告的出具,往往存在效率较低、误差较大、试验方法不够标准等问题。为降低人工操作引入误差的几率、提高试验一致性及标准化程度,提出一种列车牵引系统全自动标准试验台。该试验台严格遵循轨道交通牵引系统产品标准GB/T 25122.1—2010《轨道交通机车车辆用电力变流器》及GB/T 25117—2020《轨道交通机车车辆牵引系统组合试验方法》,将被试系统、陪试系统、数据采集系统、试验工装等通过网络有效整合,通过载入试验模板,搭配特定的试验工装,根据预先设定的试验流程进行试验等方法进行协同控制。采用该试验台完成轨道交通牵引系统的出厂前测试,可做到试验无人化,提高了试验效率,确保了试验的规范化及一致性,便于产品验收,有效提升产品的产业化速度。The traction joint debugging test bench is important for the traction system of rail vehicles to shift from research and development to industrialization.At present,each system of domestic traction joint debugging test bench is relatively independent.To complete the type test and combination test of traction systems,several subsystems are usually controlled manually for data acquisition and test report generation.There are often problems such as low efficiency,large error and non-standard test methods.In order to reduce the probability of error introduced by manual operation and improve the consistency and standardization of test,this paper proposes a fully automatic standard test bench for traction system.This test bench strictly follows the standard GB/T 25122.1—2010 Power Converters Installed on Board Rolling Stock and GB/T 25117—2020 Combined Test Method for Traction Systems.The test system,accompanying test system,data acquisition system,test tooling,etc.are effectively integrated through the network,and coordinated control is carried out by loading test templates,matching specific test tooling,and conducting tests according to preset test procedures.The test bench is used to complete the pre-factory test of traction systems,which can make the test unmanned,improve the test efficiency,ensure the standardization and consistency of the test,facilitate product acceptance,and effectively improve the industrialization speed of the product.
