摘  要:针对输入输出模块(IOM)冗余输出控制故障在列车运营和调试过程中诊断困难的问题,设计开发了一套基于SpringBoot+Vue前后端分离框架的高速铁路动车组网络输入输出模块快速诊断系统。该系统由配有网络接口卡的工业笔记本与待测车辆网络相连,后端解释并执行预先编制好的含有全部网络IOM通道逻辑关系的配置文件,通过网络向车辆IOM发送数字量输出(DO)控制信号并检测相应的数字量输入(DI)信号从而判断输入输出(IO)通道是否正常,测试过程以Http和WebSocket方式与前端进行交互,记录测试结果并形成测试报告。该系统满足ECN和MVB不同网络架构的IOM快速诊断技术要求,具有高效、智能和数据可追溯的优点。通过在国内某主机厂的现场试验表明,此系统能在列车调试时迅速诊断车辆网络上的输入输出模块功能的正确性,大大加快了高速动车组的调试进度。To solve the difficulty of diagnosis in the process of train operation and commissioning due to redundant output control fault of input and output module(IOM),a fast diagnosis system for high-speed EMU IOM based on SpringBoot+Vue front and back end separation framework is developed.This system is connected with the network of the tested vehicle by an industrial notebook equipped with a network interface card,and the back end interprets and executes a pre-compiled configuration file containing the logic relationship of IOM channels for the whole network.The digital output(DO)control signal is sent to the vehicle IOM through the network and the corresponding digital input(DI)signal is detected to determine whether the input/output(IO)channel is normal.The test process interacts with the front end in Http and WebSocket mode,records the test results and generates a test report.This system meets the technical requirements of IOM fast diagnosis of different network architectures of ECN and MVB,and has the advantages of high efficiency,intelligence and data traceability.The field test in a domestic car builder shows that this system can quickly diagnosis the correctness of the functions of input and output modules on the vehicle network during train debugging,and greatly speed up the debugging progress of high-speed EMUs.
