摘  要:在机械行业产品设计生产过程中CAD图样是最常用的文件形式,在图样发布前一般要经过图样检查和标准化审签过程。在图样检查内容中,尺寸数字干涉检查需要遍历所有尺寸标注的数字和线条之间的位置关系,是最耗时的检查项之一,面对标注繁多的复杂装配图样,尺寸干涉检查对效率的影响尤为突出。文章总结了多种尺寸干涉检查方法,并在工程实例中进行了对比。结果表明,图像识别法的准确性和检查效率最高,并且可以不依赖NX API接口,具有较强的通用性。During the product design and production in the mechanical industry,CAD drawing is the most common form of document.Before releasing the drawings,there’re normally the processes of inspection of drawings and standardized review and signature.During the inspection of drawings,the interferential inspection of dimensional figures needs to check the positional relations between figures and lines of all dimension marks,so it is one of the most time-consuming inspections.In the face of complicated assembly drawings with massive marks,the interferential inspection of dimensions has a particularly prominent impact on the efficiency.This article summarizes several interferential inspection methods for dimensions and compares them in actual engineering examples.It turns out that the accuracy and the inspection efficiency of the image identification method are the highest,and that this method doesn’t rely on NX API interface,so it has a better universality.
