摘  要:“智能工厂”和“智能生产”的概念正在引领传统制造业向着高端化、标准化、智能化的方向转型。传统制造业常伴有人均劳动生产率低、产品统一性差、缺乏物料管控等问题,无法满足客户对产品高质量、高统一性的需求。文章利用TIA博图V16工程设计编程平台完成了流水线的控制,利用分布式IO模块实现了输入信号的采集,利用Profinet通信网络将西门子S7-1200 PLC、ABB工业机器人、工业相机组合成一套完整的工业控制系统,大大缩短了系统设计周期,提高了系统稳定性,降低了系统维护成本。利用OPC UA协议实现了与SCADA系统的对接,完成了订单的下发、物料校验、成品报工等工作,从而实现了物料的管控、成品的管控。本系统采用流水线的生产作业方式,大大节省了人力成本,实现了物料的无纸化录入以及管控,具有开发周期短、系统稳定性高、产品统一性强等优点。The concepts of“intelligent factory”and“intelligent production”are leading the transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry into a high-end,standardized and intelligent direction.The conventional manufacturing industry frequently encounters challenges such as low per capita labor productivity,inadequate product uniformity,and inadequate material control,rendering it incapable of meeting customers’demands for high quality and uniformity of products.In this paper,TIA Portal V16 engineering design programming platform is used to complete the control of the assembly line,distributed IO module is used to realize the acquisition of input signals,and Siemens S7-1200 PLC,ABB industrial robot and industrial camera are combined into a complete industrial control system by Profinet communication network,which greatly shortens the system design cycle,improves the system stability and reduces the system maintenance cost.The OPC UA protocol is used to dock with the SCADA system for the realization of order issuance,material verification,and finished product reporting,thereby facilitating the management and control of materials and finished products.This system adopts the mode of assembly line,which greatly saves the labor cost,realizes the paperless input and control of materials,and boasts the advantages of short development cycle,high system stability and strong product uniformity.
