摘  要:随着轨道车辆运行里程增加,其运行安全风险也随之增加。保证轨道车辆稳定运行已成为行业发展的关键指标,保障轨道车辆装备的产品质量至关重要。因此,轨道车辆装备生产亟需产业升级,智能化与传统生产制造的融合问题亟待解决。文章提出了一套适用于轨道车辆制动阀产品组装和试验工序的智能化-信息化的生产设备。首先,系统性解读了该设备的硬件基本构架以及配套的软件功能。其次,详细阐明了该设备的2项关键技术:一体化结构设计和装配物料管理。与传统生产模式相比,这2项关键技术不但提升了设备的精益性,同时也提高了产品的装配质量。这为智能制造设备的结构设计和装配物料管理提供了可靠的经验,对制动阀生产模式的转变具有积极意义。With the increasing mileage of rail vehicles,their operational safety has been compromised.How to ensure the stable operation of rail vehicles has become a key indicator of industry development,and it is very important for the quality of rail vehicle equipment.Therefore,the upgrading of rail vehicle equipment production and the integration of intelligence and traditional manufacturing are becoming more and more important and need to be solved urgently.This paper puts forward an intelligent-information production equipment suitable for the assembly and testing process of brake valves for rail vehicles.Firstly,the basic hardware architecture and supporting software functions of the equipment are systematically presented.Secondly,two key technologies of the equipment,namely,integrated structure design and assembly material management,are expounded in detail.Compared with the traditional production mode,these two key technologies not only improve the leanness of equipment,but also improve the assembly quality of products.This provides reliable experience for the structural design and assembly material management of intelligent manufacturing equipment,and has positive significance for the transformation of brake valve production mode.
