摘  要:北京地铁房山线BJD01型列车在实际运营中批量出现轴箱轴承电蚀问题,在问题排查过程中,通过实际测量接地回路的静态和动态电流并分析,最终确认了轴箱轴承电蚀原因为列车接地线路布置不匹配,导致接地回流电流分配不均衡。随着列车载荷和运行速度的提高,回流电流分配不均衡的问题将更加明显,通过现场对回流电流的测试,实际的电流值已超出单轴的设计最大电流值。文章提出了3种解决方案:在拖车增加接地回流装置;改进动车接地回路布线;增加接地系统保护电阻或分开设置工作接地和保护接地。文章分别从车辆运营的角度对这3种解决方案的特点进行了论述。通过成本分析和列车的配重分析,最终确定改进动车接地回路布线的方案更符合现场条件,并通过该方案的实施有效解决了房山线列车轴箱轴承电蚀问题。The BJD01 trains of Beijing Metro Fangshan Line present the problem of electrolytic corrosion of axle box bearings in large quantities in the actual operation.In course of troubleshooting,the static and dynamic currents of the earthing circuit were measured and analyzed to finally confirm that the electrolytic corrosion of axle box bearings had been caused by incompatible wiring of the train earthing circuit which led to the unbalanced returning current distribution of the earthing.With the increase of train load and operation speed,the unbalanced returning current distribution will become more obvious.According to the returning current test on the site,the actual current has exceeded the maximum design current value for a single axle.This article proposes three solutions:installing earthing current returning devices on the trailer cars;modifying the wiring of earthing circuit of the motor car;installing earthing system protection resistors or separating the operation earthing from the protection earthing.It also expounds the three solutions respectively from the angle of train operation.Through the cost analysis and the train load distribution analysis,it′s finally determined that the solution of modifying the wiring of earthing circuit of the motor car complies more with the on-site conditions.The implementation of this solution has effectively solved the problem of electrolytic corrosion of train bearings of Fangshan Line.
