摘 要:目的 以“半阴半阳证”代表方冲和膏为实验研究方剂,通过抑菌实验观察不同来源种属君药的冲和膏对常见6种致病菌的敏感程度,评价冲和膏的抑菌效能。方法 采用MH琼脂平板打孔法,以抑菌圈直径大小作为评价不同种属君药的冲和膏抑菌效能研究,评价2种冲和膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、白色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌效能。结果 2种冲和膏对各种细菌敏感性各异,在高浓度时均表现出明显抑菌作用,低浓度时抑菌作用降低甚至消失。与生理盐水组比较,2种冲和膏在浓度为400 mg/ml时,对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、白色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌作用显著(P<0.05),对肺炎链球菌无抑制作用(P>0.05)。在低浓度25 mg/ml时,豆科冲和膏对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用显著(P<0.05),木兰科冲和膏仅对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用(P<0.05)。与木兰科冲和膏比较,豆科冲和膏对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显抑制作用。结论 豆科冲和膏对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强。Objective Using the"half yin and half yang syndrome"Chonghe ointment as experimental formula,the sensitivity of Chonghe ointment from different sources of monarch medicines to six common pathogenic bacteria was observed through antibacterial experiments,and the antibacterial efficacy of Chonghe ointment was evaluated.Methods The MH agar plate drilling method was used to evaluate the bacteriostatic efficacy of Chonghe ointment of different kinds of monarch medicines.The diameter of the bacteriostatic ring was used to evaluate the bacteriostatic efficacy of Chonghe ointment against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus albus,Streptococcus pneumoniae,and Streptococcus hemolyticus type B.Results The two Chonghe ointments had different sensitivity to various bacteria,and showed obvious bacteriostasis at high concentration,while the bacteriostasis decreased or even disappeared at low concentration.Compared with the normal saline group,the two Chonghe ointments at the concentration of 400 mg/ml had significant antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus albus,and Streptococcus hemolyticus type B(P<0.05),but had no inhibitory effect on Streptococcus pneumoniae(P>0.05).At a low concentration of 25 mg/ml,Leguminosae Chonghe ointment had a significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P<0.05),while Magnoliaceae Chonghe ointment only had an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus(P<0.05).Compared with Magnoliaceae Chonghe ointment,Leguminosae Chonghe ointment had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion Leguminous Chonghe ointment has the strongest inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
