摘　　要：植物遗传转化是现代植物育种和基因研究的重要手段.然而,目前部分植物遗传转化的效率仍然较低,限制了其在实际应用中的广泛推广.为了提高植物遗传转化的效率,近年来越来越多的研究关注发育因子对遗传转化效率的影响.阐述植物遗传转化的限制因素,探讨不同发育因子促进植物遗传转化效率提升的效应,列举植物遗传转化方法改良的策略,为未来植物高效遗传转化的研究方向和大范围技术应用提供理论参考.Plant genetic transformation is a valuable technique for modern plant breeding and genetic research.However,the genetic transformation efficiency of some plants is still low,which limits its wide application in practical applications.In order to improve the efficiency of plant genetic transformation,more studies have focused on the effects of developmental regulatory factors on the genetic transformation efficiency.In this review,we summarized the limiting factors of plant genetic transformation,discussed the effects of different developmental factors on improving the plant genetic transformation efficiency and listed the strategies for improving plant genetic transformation approaches to provide the theoretical references for future research directions and large-scale technology application.
