迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检验Hs-CRP与血常规对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检验超敏-C反应蛋白(Hypersensitivity--C-reactive protein,Hs-CRP)与血常规对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的诊断价值。方法:研究纳入2021年1月~2022年12月医院收治的60例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,临床病理及影像学检查等确诊急性上呼吸道感染,所有患儿接受迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检测Hs-CRP与血常规[白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、血小板计数(platelet count,PLT)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,NLR)]水平,探究迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检验Hs-CRP与血常规对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的诊断价值。结果:迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检出Hs-CRP水平(15.69±2.05)mg/L、WBC(23.69±3.41)×10^(9)/L、PLT(324.63±33.47)×10^(9)/L、NLR(4.76±0.31)水平高于正常值;迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检出阳性率为100.00%,同临床病理金标准检出结果无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000);迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪在Hs-CRP与血常规(WBC、PLT、NLR)指标检测中检测稳定性高;迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检测中,Hs-CRP与血常规(WBC、PLT、NLR)临界值附近精密度符合率均为100%,验证通过。结论:迈瑞BC-5180全自动血球分析仪检验Hs-CRP与血常规指标对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的阳性检出率高,且检测Hs-CRP与血常规主要分析性能良好,仪器检测综合应用价值高。Objective:To analyze the detection of Hypersensitivity-C-reactive protein by Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer.Diagnostic value of Hs-CRP and blood routine in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:The study included 60 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as the study object.The acute upper respiratory tract infection was confirmed by clinicopathological and imaging examinations.All the children received Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer to detect Hs-CRP and blood count[white blood cell(WBC),platelet count(PLT),Neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)];To explore the diagnostic value of Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer for Hs-CRP and blood routine in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Results:The Mindray BC-5180 fully automatic blood cell analyzer detected Hs CRP levels(15.69±2.05)mg/L,WBC(23.69±3.41)×10^(9)/L,PLT(324.63±33.47)×10^(9)/L,NLR(4.76±0.31),which were higher than normal values;The positive rate of Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer was 100.00%,which was not statistically significant with that of clinicopathologic gold standard(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000).Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer has high stability in the detection of Hs-CRP and blood routine(WBC,PLT,NLR)indexes.In the detection of Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer,the precision coincidence rate between Hs-CRP and blood routine(WBC,PLT,NLR)near the critical value was 100%,and the verification was passed.Conclusion:Mindray BC-5180 automatic blood cell analyzer has a high positive detection rate of Hs-CRP and blood routine indexes in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,and the main analysis performance of Hs-CRP and blood routine is good,and the comprehensive application value of the instrument is high.
