摘　　要：红外偏振光治疗仪是一种现代科技诊疗设备,可以与中医理论有机结合,作为“光针”调节人体的代谢及微环境,促进功能结构的恢复。其作用机制主要包括改善循环、缓解痉挛、消炎镇痛及神经节阻滞等。因于其组织穿透力高、方向性好,且无创伤、无痛苦、疗效肯定的特点,红外偏振光治疗仪在五官相关疾病中也逐步得到应用。颞下颌关节功能紊乱(TMD)、过敏性鼻炎(AR)、急性鼻-鼻窦炎(ARS)、慢性咽炎(CP)是常见的五官疾病,红外偏振光常作为一种治疗方式,单独或协同其他疗法改善临床症状,降低复发率。但是目前有关红外偏振光治疗仪的治疗时间、使用频次等方面存在一定的差异,缺乏相关规范和标准,临床可以进一步开展有关红外偏振光治疗仪量效关系及应用规范的标准化研究,推进医疗设备实践的规范化,充分发挥出中医药与现代仪器相结合的治疗特色。Infrared polarized light therapy device is a modern technology diagnostic and therapeutic device that can be organically combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory.It serves as a“light needle”to regulate the metabolism and microenvironment of the human body,promoting the recovery of functional structures.Its mechanism of action mainly includes improving circulation,relieving spasms,anti-inflammatory analgesia,and ganglion block.Due to its high tissue penetration,good directionality,non-invasive,painless,and definite therapeutic effects,infrared polarized light therapy devices are gradually being applied in the field of facial features.Temporomandibular joint dysfunction(TMD),allergic rhinitis(AR),acute rhinosinusitis(ARS),and chronic pharyngitis(CP)are common diseases in the field of facial features.Infrared polarized light is often used as a treatment method,either alone or in conjunction with other therapies,to improve clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rates.However,there are currently certain differences in the treatment time and frequency of use of infrared polarized light therapy devices,and there is a lack of relevant norms and standards.Clinical research can further standardize the dose-effect relationship and application specifications of infrared polarized light therapy devices,promote the standardization of medical equipment practice,and fully leverage the treatment characteristics of combining traditional Chinese medicine and modern instruments.
