摘 要:目的:分析全自动血液成分分离机对浓缩血小板质量的影响。方法:将中心2022年1月~2023年12月接收的60份400mL全血标本作为本次研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,试验组30份全自动血液成分分离机浓缩血小板,对照组采取常规浓缩血小板的制备方式,比较两组浓缩血小板质量、血浆质量。结果:血小板质量:试验组血小板内各项数据与对照组比较均较对照组质量更高(P<0.05),但两组血小板含量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血浆质量:试验组血浆内各项数据与对照组比较均较对照组质量更高(P<0.05),但两组容量、红细胞计数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:全自动血液成分分离机与分浆夹手工法分离均可获得较准确的血小板含量,全自动血液成分分离机可提高浓缩血小板质量,较分浆夹手工法分离更能降低红细胞混入量,提供更高质量的血小板。Objective:To analyze the effect of automatic blood component separator on the quality of concentrated platelets.Methods:60400mL whole blood samples received by the center from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.30 platelets were concentrated by automatic blood component separator in the experimental group,and routine concentrated platelets were prepared in the control group.The quality of concentrated platelets and plasma in the two groups were compared.Results:Platelet quality:all the data in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in platelet content between the two groups(P>0.05).Plasma quality:compared with the control group,the plasma quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in volume and red blood cell count between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both automatic blood component separator and manual separation method can obtain more accurate platelet content.Automatic blood component separator can improve the quality of concentrated platelets,reduce the amount of red blood cells more than manual separation method,and provide higher quality platelets.
