摘　　要：目的:分析新产业2000PLUS全自动发光分析仪检验AFP、UE3、Freeβ-hCG在产前筛查中的临床意义。方法:将2021年1月~2022年12月本院收治的60例产前筛查孕妇作为本次观察对象,其中唐筛阳性孕妇30例,健康孕妇30例,均采取2000PLUS全自动发光分析仪检验,比较唐筛阳性组与健康孕妇的AFP、UE3、Freeβ-hCG检验结果,比较不同妊娠结局孕妇的AFP、UE3、Freeβ-hCG检验结果。结果:唐筛阳性组孕妇AFP、UE3、Freeβ-hCG均低于健康孕妇组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);顺利分娩组孕妇AFP、UE3、Freeβ-hCG水平高于流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产前筛查中,利用2000PLUS全自动发光分析仪检验Freeβ-hCG等各项指标水平能够为临床确定孕妇是否存在妊娠合并症提供依据,同时还能预测妊娠结局。Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of new industry 2000PLUS automatic luminescence analyzer in detecting AFP,UE3 and Freeβ-hCG in prenatal screening.Methods:60 pregnant women with prenatal screening admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were taken as the observation objects,of which 30 pregnant women with positive Tang and 30 healthy pregnant women were tested by 2000PLUS automatic luminescent analyzer.The AFP,UE3 and Freeβ-hCG test results of the positive Tang and healthy pregnant women were obtained.The results of AFP,UE3 and Freeβ-hCG in pregnant women with different pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results:AFP,UE3 and Freeβ-hCG in the positive group were lower than those in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of AFP,UE3 and Freeβ-hCG in the successful delivery group were higher than those in the miscarriage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In prenatal screening,the use of 2000PLUS automatic luminescence analyzer to test the level of Freeβ-hCG and other indicators can provide a basis for clinical determination of pregnancy complications in pregnant women,and can also predict pregnancy outcomes.
