东曹G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪在糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白测定中的应用

摘　　要：目的:在糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白测定中采取东曹G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪,对比分析不同仪器的检测效果。方法:选取本院2023年1月~2024年1月治疗的74例糖尿病患者,均采取其他方法血红蛋白分析仪、东曹G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行糖化血红蛋白测定,对比分析不同仪器的检测效果。结果:东曹G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪对糖尿病患者疾病诊断准确度、患者满意度均高于其他方法血红蛋白分析仪,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液采集量、结果耗时均低于其他方法血红蛋白分析仪,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白测定中东曹G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪的应用效果良好;可减少血液采集量,缩短结果等待时间,可提高疾病诊断的准确度,为临床诊疗提供良好的参考依据,有利于持续提升患者满意度。Objective:To adopt Dongcao G11 glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer in the determination of glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetes patients,and compare and analyze the detection effects of different instruments.Methods:74 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected,and the glycosylated hemoglobin was measured by hemoglobin analyzer of other methods and Dongcao G11 glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer,and the detection effects of different instruments were compared and analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy and patient satisfaction of Dongcao G11 glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer for diabetes patients were higher than those of other hemoglobin analyzers,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The blood collection volume and result time were lower than other methods of hemoglobin analyzers,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in glycated hemoglobin levels between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the determination of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetes,the application effect of Dongcao G11 glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer is good;It can reduce the amount of blood collection,shorten the waiting time for results,improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis,provide good reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and help continuously improve patient satisfaction.
