摘　　要：目的:研究贝克曼5800全自动生化分析仪应用过程中溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响情况。方法:选择100例来院检查患者的血液标本进行研究,采集2份/例溶血标本,将其中1份/例进行人为溶血处理(溶血组,100份),另一份则不进行溶血处理,进行检验对照(对照组,100份),研究其价值。结果:溶血组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、胆固醇、钾离子均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组与溶血组检验精准情况上无明显差异,P>0.05,但溶血组肝功能检测、血脂检测、电解质检测精准度更低。结论:溶血标本会对检验结果精准度产生影响,但差异有限,主要体现在具体的量化指标上,因此需要结合检验项目需求进行标本质量控制,从而提升贝克曼5800全自动生化分析仪临床应用价值。Objective:To study the influence of hemolysis samples on biochemical test results during the application of Beckman 5800 automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:The blood samples of 100 patients who came to our hospital for examination were selected for research,and 2 samples/cases of hemolysis were collected.1 samples/cases was artificially hemolysis treatment(hemolysis group,100 samples),and the other was not hemolysis treatment,and the test was conducted for control group(control group,100 samples)to study its value.Results:Glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,lactate dehydrogenase,cholesterol and potassium ions in hemolytic group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.There was no significant difference in accuracy between the control group and the hemolytic group(P>0.05),but the accuracy of liver function detection,lipid detection and electrolyte detection was lower in the hemolytic group.Conclusion:Sample quality control should be carried out according to the requirements of test items,so as to enhance the clinical application value of Beckman 5800 automatic biochemical analyzer.
