微型钢板与克氏针治疗闭合性掌骨骨折的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探析微型钢板与克氏针在闭合性掌骨骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1月~2023年10月本院收治的84例有掌骨骨折且为闭合性的患者纳入试验小组中,根据治疗方案的不同分组,每组各42例,对照组均为克氏针内固定治疗患者,观察组均为微型钢板内固定治疗患者。对比两组临床疗效,包括手术相关指标、并发症发生情况、手功能恢复情况、治疗满意度。结果:两组手术持续时长、术中失血量无组间对比差异(P>0.05),但观察组术后住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,且组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症(如感染、骨折延迟愈合、骨折畸形等)总发生率明显低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组手功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在闭合性掌骨骨折患者治疗中,微型钢板内固定治疗相较于克氏针内固定治疗效果更突出,可以加快患者骨折部位的愈合速度,以及最大程度规避不良事件出现,这样可进一步推动手部功能的恢复,让患者尽快恢复正常生活工作。Objective:To explore the application effect of mini steel plates and Kirschner wires in the treatment of closed metacarpal fractures.Methods:84 patients with closed metacarpal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were included in the experimental group.During the comparative experiment,42 subjects were included in each group according to the different treatment plans.The control group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with micro steel plate internal fixation.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,including surgical related indicators,incidence of complications,recovery of hand function,and treatment satisfaction.Results:There was no significant difference in the duration of surgery and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05),but the observation group had shorter postoperative hospital stay and fracture healing time than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications(such as infection,delayed fracture healing,fracture deformity,etc.)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hand function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of closed metacarpal fractures,micro steel plate internal fixation is more effective than Kirschner wire internal fixation,which can accelerate the healing speed of the fracture site and minimize the occurrence of adverse events.This can further promote the recovery of hand function and enable patients to live and work normally as soon as possible.
