宫颈癌患者诊断中应用MRI扫描技术的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探寻将MRI扫描技术应用在宫颈癌患者诊断中的效果。方法:选择本院收治的80例疑似宫颈癌患者,对其实行MRI扫描,对诊断效果进行分析。结果:在80例疑似宫颈癌患者中,术后病理检查中有74例阳性、6例阴性,MRI诊断中阳性和阴性分别为72例和8例;MRI宫颈癌诊断中准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阴性和阳性预测值与病理诊断相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI宫颈癌诊断和术后病理检查分期中,ⅠA分别为8.33%(6例)、10.81%(8例);Ⅰ B分别为31.94%(23例)、31.08%(23例);ⅡA分别为40.28%(29例)、40.54%(30例);ⅡB分别为19.44%(14例)、18.92%(14例),两组分期比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MRI宫颈癌诊断与病理诊断患者中标本测量大小分别为(1.93±1.02)cm和(1.91±1.11)cm,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对宫颈癌患者诊断中实行MRI扫描技术,其具有较高的灵敏度、准确度,同时可对疾病分期实行有效确定。Objective:To explore the effect of applying MRI scanning technology in the diagnosis of cervical cancer patients.Methods:80 patients with suspected cervical cancer admitted to our hospital were selected for MRI scanned to analyze the diagnostic effect.Results:In 80 patients with suspected cervical cancer,in the postoperative pathological examination,74 cases were positive,6 cases were negative,72 and 8 MRI cases were positive and negative,respectively;There was no statistically significant difference in accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,negative and positive predictive values between MRI and pathological diagnosis of cervical cancer(P>0.05);MRI cervical cancer diagnosis and postoperative pathological examination stage,I A was 8.33%(6 cases)and 10.81%(8 cases),respectively;I B was 31.94%(23 cases)and 31.08%(23 cases),respectively;ⅡA was 40.28%(29 cases)and 40.54%(30 cases),respectively;ⅡB was 19.44%(14 cases),18.92%(14 cases),respectively,stage ison of two groups(P>0.05).The specimen measurements in patients diagnosed with cervical cancer and pathology were(1.93±1.02)cm and(1.91±1.11)cm,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The MRI scanning technology in the diagnosis of cervical cancer patients has high sensitivity and accuracy,and can effectively determine the disease stage.
