特定电磁波治疗器治疗褥疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在实施褥疮治疗的过程中特定电磁波治疗器的临床应用效果以及价值。方法:本次实验研究选择在医院门诊接受褥疮治疗的患者66例作为实验对象,为了保证实验的公平、公正性以电脑随机分组法实现患者的分组,将其分为实验组(n=33)与对比组(n=33),对比组患者实施常规褥疮治疗,实验组患者在对比组基础上加用特定电磁波治疗器。结果:两组患者治疗前褥疮面积并无显著差异,P>0.05。实验组患者治疗效果、治疗后褥疮面积、创面分泌物消失时间、结痂时间均显著差别于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:对于褥疮患者来说其在接受治疗的过程中特定电磁波治疗器的应用具有较为理想的效果,有助于患者褥疮面积的缩小以及创面分泌物更快消失,缩短了结痂时间。Objective:To observe the clinical application effect and value of special electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of bedsore.Methods:In this study,66 patients who received bedsore treatment in hospital outpatient department were selected as experimental subjects.In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the experiment,patients were divided into experimental group(n=33)and comparison group(n=33)by computer randomization method.Patients in comparison group received routine bedsore treatment.The experimental group was treated with a specific electromagnetic wave therapy device on the basis of the comparison group.Results:There was no significant difference in the area of bedsore between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.The treatment effect,the area of bedsore,the time of wound secretion disappearance and the time of scab in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with bedsore,the application of special electromagnetic wave therapy has a better effect in the process of treatment,which can help patients reduce the area of bedsore and the wound secretion disappear faster,and shorten the time of scab.
