无创呼吸机与高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪治疗重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究重症肺炎导致呼吸衰竭患者接受无创呼吸机支持与高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪干预的疗效差异。方法:选取2022年2月~2024年1月本院接收的90例重症肺炎合并呼吸功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各45例。对照组接受无创呼吸机支持,试验组采用高流量呼吸湿化治疗方案。对两组的疗效指标进行对比分析。结果:两组的整体治疗成功率无显著差异;试验组在治疗后的心率和呼吸频率均显著低于对照组;同时,试验组的PaO_(2)水平显著高于对照组,而PaCO_(2)水平则显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机与高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪均能取得良好治疗效果,高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪更有助于改善重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者血气指标,控制生命体征更稳定。Objective:To explore the difference of therapeutic effect between patients with respiratory failure caused by severe pneumonia receiving non-invasive ventilator support and high-flow respiratory humidification therapy.Methods:90 patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory dysfunction admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received non-invasive ventilator support,while the experimental group received high flow respiratory humidification treatment.The curative effect indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the overall success rate between the two groups,but the heart rate and respiratory rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the level of PaO_(2) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the PaCO_(2) level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both non-invasive respirator and high-flow humidifying therapeutic apparatus can achieve good therapeutic effect,and high-flow humidifying therapeutic apparatus is more helpful to improve blood gas indexes of patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,controlling vital signs is more stable.
