GT-4A导乐镇痛仪联合全程导乐陪伴对初产妇分娩结果及新生儿的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨GT-4A导乐镇痛仪联合全程导乐陪伴对母婴结局的影响。方法:选取2022年1月~2024年1月100例初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组采用常规无痛分娩,研究组采用GT-4A导乐镇痛仪配合全程导乐陪伴;对比两组剖宫产率、产程时间、分娩疼痛评分、产后出血、泌乳、母乳喂养、新生儿评分。结果:研究组剖宫产率、出血发生率均低于对照组,研究组各产程时间短于对照组,研究组各产程疼痛评分低于对照组,研究组产后泌乳量、母乳喂养成功率、新生儿评分均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:GT-4A导乐镇痛仪配合全程导乐陪伴,能够缩短初产妇产程,减轻分娩疼痛,减少产后出血,减少新生儿窒息。Objective:To explore the effect of GT-4A guided analgesia device combined with full course guided accompaniment on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:A total of 100 primiparous women from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases.The control group received routine painless delivery,while the study group received GT-4A guided analgesia accompanied by full course guided music;Compare the cesarean section rate,labor duration,delivery pain score,postpartum hemorrhage,lactation,breastfeeding,and neonatal score between two groups.Results:The cesarean section rate and bleeding incidence rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The labor process time in the study group was much shorter than that in the control group,and the pain score in the study group was much lower than that in the control group.The postpartum milk production,breastfeeding success rate,and neonatal score in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The GT-4A guided analgesia device,combined with full course guided companionship,can shorten the delivery process,alleviate labor pain,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,and reduce neonatal asphyxia.
