浅表高频超声联合经直肠腔内超声诊断肛周脓肿的效果

摘　　要：目的:以疑似肛周脓肿患者为观察对象,以经直肠腔内超声与浅表高频超声联合检查作为检查方法,就其诊断效果进行深入分析和探讨。方法:从本院2022年10月~2023年1月收治的疑似肛周脓肿患者中抽取200例作为本文的观察对象,所有观察对象均需进行经直肠腔内超声检查、浅表高频超声检查、手术病理检查,将后者的检查结果作为疾病诊断的金标准,对比前两种检查方法在单一检查和联合检查时的诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度和诊断准确率)及在不同类型疾病中的检出准确率进行对比分析。结果:相较于经直肠腔内超声与浅表高频超声的单一检查结果,二者联合检查在灵敏度、特异度和诊断准确率的评估上均展现出更高水平(P<0.05)。相较于经直肠腔内超声与浅表高频超声的单一检查结果,二者联合检查在不同类型疾病检出准确率的评估上均展现出较高水平(P<0.05)。结论:相较于经直肠腔内超声与浅表高频超声的单一检查,二者联合检查不仅可以有效提高肛周脓肿的诊断效能,还可以有效诊断出患者的肛周脓肿类型。Objective:The patients with suspected perianal abscess were observed,and the combined examination of transrectal cavity ultrasound and superficial high frequency ultrasound was used as the examination method to deeply analyze and discuss the diagnostic effect.Methods:A total of 200 patients with suspected perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects of this study.All the observation objects were required to undergo transrectal ultrasound examination,superficial high-frequency ultrasound examination and surgical pathological examination,and the examination results of the latter were taken as the gold standard for disease diagnosis.The diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy)and the detection accuracy in different types of diseases were compared between the first two methods in single examination and combined examination.Results:Compared with the single results of transrectal cavity ultrasound and superficial high frequency ultrasound,the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of the combined examination showed higher levels(P<0.05).Compared with the single examination results of transrectal cavity ultrasound and superficial high-frequency ultrasound,the combined examination showed a higher level in the assessment of the detection accuracy of different types of diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single examination of transrectal cavity ultrasound and superficial high-frequency ultrasound,the combined examination of both can not only effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of perianal abscess,but also effectively diagnose the type of perianal abscess in patients.
