GE彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断中应用价值及准确率分析

摘　　要：目的:探究GE彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)诊断仪在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断中的应用价值及准确率。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月~2023年12月收治的70例乳腺病变患者,入院后给予GE彩色多普勒超声诊断,分析其在鉴别乳腺良恶性病变中的诊断效果及准确率。结果:经手术病理检查发现,70例乳腺病变患者中存在恶性病变33例(47.14%),良性病变37例(52.86%),超声检出乳腺恶性病变28例,检出准确率为84.85%;恶性组血流阻力指数(RI)、峰值流速(Vmax)及血流搏动指数(PI)等血流参数显著高于良性组,P<0.05;通过绘制ROC曲线图发现,RI、PI及Vmax诊断的AUC值均>0.7,在诊断中具有较高诊断价值。结论:GE CDFI诊断仪在鉴别乳腺良恶性病变中具有较高的诊断价值,与病理结果对比诊断准确率较高,可为患者争取更多的治疗时间。Objective:Exploring the value and accuracy of GE color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI)diagnostic device in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods:70 patients with breast lesions diagnosed by pathological biopsy admitted between June 2021 and December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and given GE color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis after admission to analyze its diagnostic effect and accuracy in identifying benign and malignant breast lesions.Results:After surgical pathological examination,it was found that malignant lesions were present in 33 cases(47.14%)and benign lesions in 37 cases(52.86%)of 70 patients with breast lesions,and ultrasound detected malignant breast lesions in 28 cases,with a detection accuracy of 84.85%;The blood flow parameters such as RI,PI,and Vmax in the malignant group were significantly higher than those in the benign group,with P<0.05;It was found that the RI was found by plotting ROC curve diagrams,PI and Vmax diagnostic AUC values were>0.7,which had high diagnostic value in diagnosis.Conclusion:GE color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument has high application value in identifying benign and malignant breast lesions,and its diagnostic accuracy is high,which can fight for more treatment time for patients.
