义倍胎头吸引器与Simpson产钳助产对分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究义倍胎头吸引器与Simpson产钳助产对分娩结局的影响,为临床分娩提供借鉴。方法:选择2021年2月~2024年2月在天津市和平区妇产科医院分娩的142例产妇进行对比研究,应用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,均为71例。研究组和对照组分别通过义倍胎头吸引器和Simpson产钳进行助产,观察两组产程时间、术中出血量、产妇损伤情况和新生儿不良结局情况。结果:两组产程时间分别为(9.25±2.46)min和(6.54±2.71)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术中出血量为(102.64±20.83)mL,显著少于对照组的(208.97±35.06)mL(P<0.05)。研究组产妇损伤发生率为12.68%,显著少于对照组的38.03%(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿不良结局发生率为5.64%,显著少于对照组的19.72%(P<0.05)。结论:相比Simpson产钳,义倍胎头吸引器在产妇助产中有更好效果,可以减少术中出血量,降低产妇损伤以及新生儿不良结局发生率。Objective:To study the impact of the Yibei fetal head suction device and Simpson forceps on delivery outcomes,and provide reference for clinical delivery.Methods:A comparative study was conducted on 142 parturients who gave birth at Heping District Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Tianjin from February 2021 to February 2024.They were divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method,with 71 cases in each group.The study group and the control group were assisted in childbirth using a double head suction device and Simpson forceps,respectively.The duration of labor,intraoperative bleeding,maternal injury,and adverse neonatal outcomes were observed in both groups.Results:The labor process time of the two groups was(9.25±2.46)minutes and(6.54±2.71)minutes respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was(102.64±20.83)mL,significantly lower than that in the control group(208.97±35.06)mL(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal injury in the study group was 12.68%,significantly lower than the 38.03%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in newborns in the study group was 5.64%,significantly lower than the 19.72%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to Simpson forceps,the Yibei fetal head suction device has a better effect in midwifery,reducing intraoperative bleeding,maternal injury,and the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes.
