摘　　要：在现代化医学治疗体系中,各类医疗设备的使用在疾病的诊治中扮演了重要的角色,其次,高端的医疗设备普遍价格昂贵,做好故障排查和维护工作具有重要意义。呼吸机是临床上使用率比较高的一种医疗设备,在呼吸衰竭患者的治疗中,能够实现替代自主呼吸的作用,对于原发疾病的治疗和改善预后有着不可替代的重要性。德尔格呼吸机产自德国,该品牌的呼吸机自2019年全球ICU呼吸机领域的占比达到了16%且在中国的销量稳居第一;从临床应用来看,德尔格呼吸机兼具良好的稳定性和安全性。但呼吸机在长期的使用过程中难免会发生故障,为确保医疗资源最大化和正常医疗工作的开展,本文将就德尔格呼吸机常见的故障与维护进行综述,希望能对相关工作起到帮助。In the modern medical treatment system,the use of all kinds of medical equipment plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Secondly,high-end medical equipment is generally expensive,so it is of great significance to do a good job in troubleshooting and maintenance.Ventilator is a kind of medical equipment with high clinical utilization rate.It can replace spontaneous breathing in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure,and it is of irreplaceable importance for the treatment of primary diseases and the improvement of prognosis.Draeger ventilator is produced in Germany,and the brand's ventilator has accounted for 16%of the global ICU ventilator field since 2019,and its sales volume in China ranks first;From the clinical application,Draeger ventilator has good stability and safety.However,the ventilator will inevitably break down in the long-term use.In order to ensure the maximization of medical resources and the normal medical work,this paper will summarize the common faults and maintenance of ventilators in Draeger,hoping to help related work.
