摘　　要：飞利浦EPIQ5高端智能超声诊断系统,可用于患者腹部彩超、心脏彩超、血管彩超、全身骨骼肌肉浅表彩超、腔内彩超等多个部位,属于目前市场上先进的超声诊断仪之一,是本院主要的超声诊断设备之一。然而由于超声诊断仪的使用频率较高,随着使用年限的增加,时常会有故障发生,如突然关闭电源、不按照步骤关机等使用不当,系统程序自己出错,以及硬件出现故障等都会导致彩超软件系统无法启动,会严重影响科室正常的诊疗工作,增加患者的等候时间,影响患者的就医体验。为确保超声诊断仪可以长期高效地运行,满足临床日常诊断工作,因此,做好彩色超声诊断仪的维修维护具有十分重要的意义。文章就EPIQ 5超声诊断仪在使用过程中出现的典型故障进行分析总结,阐述故障的维修与排除方法,为同行提供参考。The Philips EPIQ5 high-end intelligent ultrasound diagnostic system can be used for multiple areas such as abdominal ultrasound,cardiac ultrasound,vascular ultrasound,superficial ultrasound of whole body skeletal muscles,and intracavitary ultrasound in patients.It is currently one of the advanced ultrasound diagnostic instruments on the market and one of the main ultrasound diagnostic equipment in our hospital.However,due to the high frequency of use of ultrasound diagnostic equipment,as the service life increases,malfunctions often occur,such as sudden power off,failure to follow the steps to shut down,improper use,system program errors,and hardware failures,which can cause the ultrasound software system to fail to start,seriously affecting the normal diagnosis and treatment work of the department,increasing patient waiting time,and affecting the patient's medical experience.To ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the ultrasound diagnostic instrument and meet the daily clinical diagnostic work,it is of great significance to do a good job in the maintenance and repair of the color ultrasound diagnostic instrument.The article analyzes and summarizes the typical faults that occur during the use of EPIQ 5 ultrasound diagnostic equipment,elaborates on the maintenance and troubleshooting methods of faults,and provides reference for peers.
