多元合作维修管理模式在医院医疗设备管理中的实践

摘　　要：目的:分析多元合作维修管理模式在医院医疗设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选择本院于2023年5月~2024年6月医院维修管理的569台医疗设备,2023年5月~2023年11月采用常规维修管理模式,2023年12月~2024年6月实施多元合作维修管理模式,对比两个时间段医院医疗设备管理效果。结果:实施后医疗设备管理质量、临床科室满意度均明显高于实施前,实施后医疗设备故障频率、维修费用、维修用时均明显低于实施前,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:多元合作维修管理模式可显著提高医院医疗设备管理质量,明显减少设备故障频率,降低维修费用的同时缩短维修用时,从而提高临床科室满意度,有较高应用价值。Objective:To analyze the application value of diversified cooperative maintenance management mode in hospital medical equipment management.Methods:We have chosen our hospital to maintain and manage 569 medical equipment from May 2023 to June 2024.We will adopt a conventional maintenance management model from May 2023 to November 2023,and implement a diversified cooperative maintenance management model from December 2023 to June 2024.We compared the management effects of medical equipment in two time periods of the hospital.Results:The quality of medical equipment management and satisfaction with clinical departments were significantly higher after implementation than before.The frequency of medical equipment failures,maintenance costs,and maintenance cycles were significantly lower after implementation than before,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diversified cooperative maintenance management model can significantly improve the quality of hospital medical equipment management,significantly reduce the frequency of equipment failures,reduce maintenance costs,and shorten maintenance cycles,thereby improving clinical department satisfaction and having high application value.
