精细化管理在口腔种植工具盒清洗消毒质量控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化管理在口腔种植工具盒清洗消毒质量控制中的应用效果。方法:自2023年7月起,本院针对种植工具盒采用精细化管理。本研究选取2023年1月~12月消毒供应中心清洗消毒的种植工具盒作为研究对象。其中,2023年1月~6月进行集中清洗消毒的种植工具盒200件作为对照组,2023年7月~12月经过精细化管理后清洗消毒的种植工具盒200件作为试验组。对比两组器械损坏率、器械摆放出错率、清洗合格率及预处理合格率。结果:试验组种植工具盒的预处理合格率为96.5%,高于对照组的63.3%;清洗合格率为99.0%,高于对照组的81.0%;器械损坏率为0.5%,低于对照组的14.0%;器械摆放错误率为2.0%,低于对照组的26.0%。临床科室总满意度为90.0%,高于对照组的68.0%。以上差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:实施精细化管理对口腔种植工具盒的清洗消毒质量控制具有显著效果,有效降低器械摆放错误率和损坏率,提高器械清洗和预处理合格率,并提升了临床科室使用人员的满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of fine management in the quality control of cleaning and disinfection of oral implant tool box.Methods:Since July 2023,our hospital has adopted refined management for implant tool boxes.The implant tool cases cleaned and disinfected by the sterilization supply center from January to December 2023 were selected as the study object.Among them,200 implant tool boxes that were centrally cleaned and sterilized from January to June 2023 were used as the control group,and 200 implant tool boxes that were cleaned and sterilized after fine management from July to December 2023 were used as the test group.The damage rate of instruments,the error rate of instrument placement,the qualified rate of cleaning and the qualified rate of pretreatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The pretreatment qualification rate of implant tool box in the experimental group was 96.5%,higher than that of 63.3%in the control group;The cleaning qualification rate was 99.0%,higher than that of 81.0%in the control group;The damage rate of the instruments was 0.5%,lower than that of 14.0%in the control group;And the error rate of the arrangement of the instruments was 2.0%,lower than that of 26.0%in the control group.The total satisfaction of the clinical department was 90.0%,higher than 68.0%in the control group.All of these differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of refined management has a significant effect on the quality control of cleaning and disinfection of oral implant tool boxes,effectively reduces the rate of instrument placement error and damage,improves the qualification rate of instrument cleaning and pretreatment,and improves the satisfaction of the clinical department users.
