基于6Sigma管理模式下的精细化质量控制在三甲医院手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨三甲医院运用6Sigma管理模式提升手术室腔镜器械管理水平的效果。方法:抽取2023年1月~2023年12月手术室腔镜器械300件,按时间、管理方式分成参照组、研究组各150件,参照组开展常规管理,研究组采用6Sigma管理模式管理手术器械。对比两组手术器械管理效果、非正常事件发生率以及工作人员的管理满意度。结果:研究组手术室腔镜器械准备、清洁、包装合格率高于参照组;参照组器械不良事件发生率明显高于研究组;在工作人员满意度方面,研究组比参照组高;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在三甲医院手术器械管理过程中,运用6Sigma管理模式能够显著提升器械管理水平,有效降低不良事件发生率,而且工作人员满意度显著提升。Objective:To explore the application effect of fine quality control based on 6Sigma management mode in the management of endoscopic instruments in the operating room of the third-grade hospital.Methods:300 pieces of laparoscopic instruments in the operating room from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a reference group and a study group of 150 pieces each according to time and management methods.The reference group underwent routine management,while the study group underwent routine management.The research group adopts the 6Sigma management mode to manage surgical instruments.Compared the effectiveness of surgical instrument management,incidence of abnormal events,and staff satisfaction with management between two groups.Results:The qualification rate of preparation,cleaning,and packaging of endoscopic instruments in the operating room of the study group was higher than that of the reference group;The incidence of adverse events in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group;In terms of staff satisfaction,the study group was higher than the reference group;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fine quality control based on 6Sigma can improve the quality of management,reduce the adverse events and improve the satisfaction of staff.
