摘　　要：数字经济时代,企业数字化转型逐步成为学术界关注的焦点。在数字化转型对企业多元化经营影响的理论分析的基础上,基于2015—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司数据实证检验数字化转型对企业多元化经营的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字化转型会显著降低企业多元化经营程度,且该结论在进行一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。机制检验表明,企业数字化转型会通过提升企业治理水平、提高信息披露质量和增强企业创新绩效来降低企业多元化经营程度,并在民营企业、融资约束程度较低的企业和成长能力大的企业中抑制效果会更明显。In the era of digital economy,the digital transformation of enterprises has gradually become a focus of academic attention.Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact of digital transformation on corporate diversification,this article empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on corporate diversification based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2016 to 2021.The research results found that digital transformation significantly reduces the degree of diversification of enterprises,and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism testing shows that digital transformation of enterprises will reduce the degree of diversification by improving corporate governance,improving information disclosure quality,and enhancing innovation performance.The inhibitory effect will be more pronounced in private enterprises,enterprises with lower financing constraints,and enterprises with greater growth capabilities.The research provides an empirical basis for analyzing digital technology progress promoting the development of real economy from a micro-perspective,and the research conclusion provides a feasible path to promote the integration of digital economy and real economy.
