摘  要:为了研究不同参数对TBM圆盘刀具切削力的影响,基于刀具与岩石体结构建立切削系统耦合数值模型,并进行灵敏度分析。通过对岩石材料单轴抗压强度和穿透深度变化的数值模拟,结果表明:不同输入参数对切削力的影响存在差异。单轴抗压强度的增加会导致切削力呈线性增长,切削系数与抗压强度呈负线性关系;切削力的法向力对单轴抗压强度敏感度降低,而切向力和切削系数对单轴抗压强度和穿透深度均存在较大的敏感度。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the influence of different parameters on the cutting force of TBM disc cutters,considering the tool and rock mass structure,this paper established a coupled numerical model of the cutting system and conducts sensitivity analysis.Through numerical simulation of uniaxial compressive strength and penetration depth of rock materials,the results showed that different input parameters had different effects on cutting force.An increase in uniaxial compressive strength led to a linear growth in cutting force, while the cutting coefficient exhibited a negative linear relationship with compressive strength. The normal force of the cutting force demonstrated reduced sensitivity to uniaxial compressive strength,whereas the tangential force and cutting coefficient both exhibited significant sensitivity to uniaxial compressive strength and penetration depth.
