摘 要:目的本研究通过分析骨组织中的砷含量与血清中的Ⅰ型前胶原蛋白N端前肽(procollagen type 1 N-terminal propeptide,PINP)和Ⅰ型胶原交联C-末端肽(β-c-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen,β-CTX)水平之间的相关性,并对比砷暴露患者与正常人群P1NP、β-CTX水平,从而揭示砷暴露对骨代谢的潜在影响。方法选取30名57~76岁绝经后女性志愿者,使用原子荧光光谱法检测骨骼系统组织中砷元素的含量,并使用ELISA法检测相关生物标志物(P1NP、β-CTX)的含量。比较砷暴露绝经后女性与正常绝经后女性P1NP、β-CTX水平。结果砷暴露人群P1NP水平与骨砷呈负相关,且P1NP水平显著低于多个地区的正常人群;砷暴露人群β-CTX水平与骨砷无显著相关。结论砷降低了人体血清骨代谢标志物P1NP水平,这表示砷可能抑制了骨新陈代谢。Objective This study aims to analyze the correlation between arsenic levels in bone tissue and the levels of Procollagen Type 1 N-Terminal Propeptide(PINP)andβ-C-Terminal Telopeptide of Type I Collagen(β-CTX)in serum.Additionally,we will compare the levels of P1NP andβ-CTX between arsenic-exposed patients and the normal population to reveal the potential impact of arsenic exposure on bone metabolism.Methods Thirty postmenopausal female volunteers,aged 57 to 76,were selected for this study.Arsenic levels in bone tissue were measured using atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the concentrations of relevant biomarkers(P1NP,β-CTX)were determined using the ELISA method.The correlation between P1NP andβ-CTX levels in arsenicexposed postmenopausal women and normal postmenopausal women was analyzed.Results In the arsenic-exposed group,P1NP levels were negatively correlated with bone arsenic levels and were significantly lower than the corresponding levels in normal populations from various regions.There was no significant correlation betweenβ-CTX levels and bone arsenic levels in the arsenic-exposed group.Conclusion Arsenic reduced the levels of the bone metabolism marker P1NP in human serum,indicating that arsenic may inhibit bone formation metabolism.
