后全运时期陕西省体育场馆建设的策略研究

摘　　要：十四届全运会的成功举办加速了陕西省体育场馆的建设进程。该文依托第十四届全运会留下的遗产与红利,深入分析了陕西省体育场馆建设的制约因素,并提出了相应的建设策略,旨在为后续的体育场馆建设提供有益的参考,进而推动陕西体育强省的建设步伐。该文采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法等多种研究方法。研究结果显示:体育场馆建设中存在资源浪费的问题;体育场馆的选址与布局不尽合理;体育场馆建设的投资主体较为单一;体育场馆的设计功能较为单一。针对上述问题,该文提出以下建议:一是尽快全面贯彻落实相关法律法规,以有效避免资源浪费现象的发生;二是在土地使用方面应给予体育场馆建设更多的支持,确保选址合理、布局科学;三是加大政府财政投资力度,并积极吸引社会资本参与投资;四是大力培养体育复合型人才,以满足体育场馆建设和运营的多方面需求。The successful hosting of the 14th National Games has accelerated the construction of sports venues in Shaanxi Province.This article is based on the legacy and dividends of the 14th National Games,deeply analyzes the constraints of sports facility construction in Shaanxi Province,proposes corresponding strategies,aiming to provide useful references for the subsequent construction of sports venues and thereby promoting the pace of building a strong sports province in Shaanxi.This research adopts methods such as literature review,expert interview,field investigation,and logical analysis.The research findings indicate that there is a problem of resource waste in the construction of sports venues;The site selection and layout of sports venues are unreasonable;The investment subjects for the construction of sports venues are single;The design functions of sports venues are single.In response to the above issues,this study proposes the following suggests:Firstly,comprehensively implement relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible to effectively avoid the occurrence of resource waste;Secondly,more support should be given to the construction of sports venues in terms of land use to ensure reasonable location and scientific layout;Third,increase government financial investment and actively attract social capital to participate in investment;Fourthly,vigorously cultivate sports composite talents to meet the diverse needs of sports venue construction and operation.
