摘  要:直线导轨是直线导轨副的重要组成部分,其精度高低及质量好坏直接决定着直线导轨副的性能,进而影响整机设备性能。直线导轨成形方法主要有热冲压和冷拔两种方法,本研究对这两种直线导轨成形加工工艺进行了研究,分析了两种工艺的优缺点,探究了冷拔成形加工取代热冲压成形加工的原因,明确了冷拔成形以其自身诸多优点将成为直线导轨加工成形的主流方法。Linear guide is an important component of linear guide pair,and its accuracy and quality directly determine the performance of linear guide pair,which in turn affects the overall equipment performance.The main methods for forming linear guides are hot stamping and cold drawing.This studies the processing technology of these two types of linear guides,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes,explores the reasons why cold drawing processing replaces hot stamping processing,and clarifies that cold drawing forming will become the mainstream method for processing linear guides due to its many advantages.
