摘　　要：本文在明确新质生产力内涵与特征的基础上,阐述了新质生产力赋能我国档案服务产业的发展目标,即建设完整、融合、智能、安全、绿色的现代档案服务产业体系。基于产业结构、产业分工、产业发展、产业运营四个维度剖析了当前我国档案服务产业转型发展中面临的挑战。最后,提出了以演进效应优化产业结构、以协同效应深化产业分工、以乘数效应实现价值倍增、以绿色效应提升运营效能的新质生产力赋能我国档案服务产业机理。First,on the basis of clearly defining the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces,this paper expounds the development goals of enabling the archives service industry in our country,building a complete,integrated,intelligent,safe and green modern archives service industry system.Secondly,based on the four dimensions of industrial structure,industrial division,industrial development and industrial operation,the paper analyzes the challenges faced in the transformation and development of archives service industry ofchina.Finally,this paper puts forward the mechanism of new quality productivity which is to optimize industrial structure with evolutionary effect,deepen industrial division with synergistic effect,realize value multiplication with multiplier effect and enhance operation efficiency with green effect.
