摘　　要：为减少模具生产时浇注系统产生的废料,设计一套医用接插件硅橡胶接头的冷流道系统,系统包括浇注系统设计和冷却系统设计。模具采用一模两腔布局,胶料经主流道、分流道、针阀式射嘴、水平凝料流道连接至浇口位置,使用潜伏式浇口。文中将传统水路和随形水路结合,共设计3个冷却流道,其中,3号为传统水路用于冷却运动零件;1号和2号为随形水路用于冷却射嘴内部胶料,通过ANSYS Fluent进行模拟显示冷却效果良好。为解决产品气泡和熔接痕缺陷,使用真空注射成型技术,将模具整体密封并抽出模内多余空气,实际生产后显示产品表面光泽度明显提高,气泡和熔接痕明显减少,证明该冷流道系统设计合理、运行可靠、结构先进,产品质量合格。In order to reduce the waste generated by the pouring system in mold production,a set of cold runner system of silicone rubber joint for medical connector is designed.The system includes pouring system design and cooling system design.The mold adopts the layout of one mold and two cavities,and the rubber material is connected to the gate position through the main channel,the diverter channel,the needle valve nozzle and the horizontal coagulant runner,and the latent gate is used.In this paper,the traditional waterway and the shape of the waterway combined to design a total of three cooling flow channels,of which No.3 is the traditional waterway for cooling moving parts;No.1 and No.2 are shaped water used to cool the rubber inside the nozzle,and ANSYS Fluent simulation shows that the cooling effect is good.In order to solve the defects of product bubbles and weld marks,vacuum injection molding technology is used to seal the whole mold and extract the excess air in the mold.After actual production,the surface gloss of the product is significantly improved,and the bubbles and weld marks are significantly reduced.After cutual production,the design of the cold runner system is reasonable,the operation is reliable,the structure is advanced,and the product quality is qualified.
