摘  要:随着城市现代化的发展,高层建筑带来的能源浪费和环境污染问题日益凸显。为了提高绿色设计效率和效果,研究以华东某地一栋18层办公建筑为例,首先以建筑信息模型技术搭建该建筑的详细模型,然后选择绿建分析软件模拟和评估风环境和声环境。结果表明,该办公建筑的室外风速放大系数为1.97 m·s^(-1),满足室外风速放大系数小于2的要求。在声环境方面,工作日白天的噪声最大值为54.2 dB(A),低于55 dB(A)的限值。夜间噪声分布在21~44 dB(A)之间,均符合相关规范。该高层办公建筑在绿色设计方面取得了较好的成效,在能源利用和环境保护方面实现了预期目标,同时极大程度地满足了实际办公需求。With the development of modern cities,the energy waste and environmental pollution caused by high-rise buildings are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of green design,this study takes an 18 story office building in a certain area of East China as an example.Firstly,a detailed model of the building is constructed using building information modeling technology.Then,green building analysis software is selected to simulate and evaluate the wind and sound environments.The results show that the outdoor wind speed amplification factor of the office building is 1.97 m·s^(-1),which meets the standard requirement of outdoor wind speed amplification factor less than 2.In terms of sound environment,the maximum noise level during the working day is 54.2 dB(A),which is below the limit of 55 dB(A).The nighttime noise distribution is between 21dB(A)and 44dB(A),all of which comply with relevant regulations.The high-rise office building has achieved good results in green design,achieved expected goals in energy utilization and environmental protection,and greatly met actual office needs.
