数字经济对新型城镇化的影响研究——基于空间杜宾模型

摘　　要：选取2012—2021年30个省份的面板数据,运用熵权法构建数字经济和新型城镇化评价指标体系,通过检验选取的空间杜宾模型研究数字经济对新型城镇化的空间相关性及作用路径。研究发现:1)数字经济显著促进了新型城镇化水平。2)数字经济对新型城镇化存在显著的空间溢出效应,数字经济的发展会促进本地区的新型城镇化,而周边地区的数字经济发展会阻滞本区域的新型城镇化水平。3)数字经济通过部分中介环境规制影响新型城市化。4)当财政分权小于门槛值时,数字经济显著促进新型城镇化,当财政分权高于门槛值时,其促进作用显著放缓。在数字经济时代,为了推进新型城镇化进程,提出以下建议:依靠政策红利,完善相关法律法规,挖掘数字潜力;发挥创新驱动,促进产业升级;协调区域发展,提升治理能力。Selecting panel data of 30 provinces from 2012 to 2021,use entropy weight method to construct the index system of digital economy and new urbanization,and study the spatial correlation and role path of digital economy on new urbanization by testing the selected spatial Durbin model.The study finds that:1)Digital economy significantly promotes the level of new urbanization.2)There is a significant spatial spillover effect of digital economy on new urbanization,the development of digital economy will promote the new urbanization in the region,while the development of digital economy in the surrounding areas will stunt the level of new urbanization in the region.3)The digital economy affects new urbanization through partially mediated environmental regulation.4)When fiscal decentralization is less than the threshold,digital economy significantly promotes the new urbanization,and when fiscal decentralization is higher than the threshold,its promotion effect slows down significantly.In order to promote the new urbanization process in the era of digital economy,the following suggestions are put forward:rely on policy dividends,improve relevant laws and regulations,and tap the digital potential;give full play to the innovation drive,and promote industrial upgrading;coordinate regional development,and improve the governance capacity.
