心理弹性的研究现状及趋势展望——基于CiteSpace可视化分析

摘　　要：心理弹性对个人的健康成长和发展起着重要作用,目前已成为多学科领域的热点研究问题。以CNKI数据库收录的发表于2001—2024年的767篇CSSCI文献为研究样本,在初步阐述该领域文献的时间脉络、学科方向的基础上,以CiteSpace软件系统作为文献分析工具,系统梳理了心理弹性研究领域的经典文献、聚类方向以及研究热点,结果发现:1)发文作者间多为中小型合作团体;2)研究热点聚焦在心理弹性的干预研究、心理弹性相关的精神卫生状态和心理弹性测量方法3个方面;3)研究从关注问题向关注方法转变,心理弹性的干预与实践应用将持续作为心理弹性研究的热点方向。未来将通过细化概念内涵和开展严格有效的实证研究来促进心理弹性研究的发展。Resilience plays an important role in the healthy growth and development of individuals,and has become a hot topic in the field of multidisciplinary research.Based on the 767 CSSCI papers published in CNKI database from 2001 to 2024 as research samples,on the basis of a preliminary introduction of the time context and discipline direction of the literature in this field,CiteSpace software system was used as a literature analysis tool to systematically review the classical literature,clustering direction and research hotspots in the research field of mental resilience.The findings are as follows:1)Most of the authors are small and medium-sized cooperative groups;2)The research focuses on three aspects:intervention research of resilience,mental health status related to resilience and measurement methods of resilience;3)The research changes from focusing on problems to focusing on methods,and the intervention and practical application of mental resilience will continue to be the hot direction of mental resilience research.In the future,the development of resilience research should be promoted by refining the concept connotation and carrying out strict and effective empirical research.
