摘  要:激光-MIG复合焊接有效地改善了单激光焊接与传统MIG焊接工艺,在一定程度上减少了焊接缺陷、提高了焊接效率、增大了焊接熔深,有效地改善了焊缝的综合力学性能,目前已经被用于航空航天、船舶制造等工业领域。本文对国内外激光-MIG复合焊接先进技术如窄间隙激光-MIG复合焊接、摆动激光-MIG复合焊接、激光-MIG双丝复合焊接以及能场辅助式激光-MIG复合焊接的研究现状进行综述,可为国内外学者进一步研究高质量、高效率的激光-MIG复合焊接工艺提供借鉴。Laser-MIG hybrid welding can effectively improve the single laser welding and traditional MIG welding process, reduce welding defects in some extent, improve welding efficiency and increase welding penetration, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welds are effectively improved. At present, it has been applied in aerospace,shipbuilding and other industrial fields. The research status of advanced laser-MIG hybrid welding technologies in China and foreign countries, for example, narrow gap laser-MIG hybrid welding, oscillating laser-MIG hybrid welding, laser-MIG double-wire hybrid welding and energy field auxiliary laser-MIG hybrid welding, etc. was summarized. It can provide references for Chinese and foreign scholars to study high-quality and high-efficiency laser-MIG hybrid welding technology.
