摘 要:阐述了电磁搅拌作用下连铸凝固与宏观偏析行为的数值模拟研究进展,总结了电磁搅拌器的布置对连铸坯凝固过程钢液的流动行为、传热传质行为等的影响。结合国内外冶金学者对连铸的研究方法和方向,浅谈了电磁搅拌作用下连铸的凝固行为和宏观偏析行为,以期为工艺参数的设计提供理论指导。The research progress of numerical simulation of continuous casting solidification and macrosegregation behavior under the action of electromagnetic stirring was expounded, and the influence of the arrangement of electromagnetic stirrer on the flow behavior, heat and mass transfer behavior of molten steel during solidification of continuous casting slab was summarized. Combined with the research methods and directions of continuous casting by Chinese and foreign metallurgists, the solidification behavior and macro-segregation behavior of continuous casting under the action of electromagnetic stirring were briefly discussed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the design of process parameters.
