摘  要:CO_(2)气体保护焊是发展较早的一种电弧焊接技术,因低成本、高效率、易操作等特点而被广泛应用,但在焊接过程中也存在着缺点,如飞溅大、成形差等,限制了其进一步推广和应用。随着CO_(2)焊技术的发展,国内外学者针对CO_(2)焊接存在的问题提供了一系列的解决方案。文中从焊接电源控制技术、改变保护气配比、焊丝成分优化及磁场辅助焊接四个方面对国内外的研究进展进行了综述。CO_(2)gas shielded welding is an early developed arc welding technology,which is widely used due to its low cost,high efficiency,easy operation and other characteristics.However,there are also disadvantages in the welding process,such as high spatter and poor forming,which limits its further promotion and application.With the development of CO_(2)gas shielded welding technology,the scholars in China and foreign countries provided a series of solutions for the problems of CO_(2)welding.The research status in China and foreign countries was summarized from four aspects of welding power control technology,change of protective gas ratio,welding wire composition optimization and magnetic field assisted welding.
