摘 要:不锈钢(SS)箔/铜箔复合材料具有良好的力学性能、耐腐蚀性和导电性,然而由于两者硬度差异较大,难以直接进行复合连接。以铝箔为中间层对叠层不锈钢箔/铜箔进行了超声波焊接,研究了焊接能耗对焊接接头界面微观形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,叠层复合箔材接头无裂纹,SS/Al和Al/Cu界面生成了一定厚度的原子扩散层,表明实现了一定的扩散冶金结合。铝箔的软化和塑性流动促进了不同金属之间的协调塑性形变,界面实现机械啮合。剥离强度试验结果表明:叠层复合箔材不同界面层粘接强度不同,界面的最高剥离力达到145 N,此时焊接能耗为1000 J。接头界面纳米压痕试验结果显示,界面靠近焊头一侧相较于远离焊头一侧硬度值更高,表明界面不同层箔材发生塑性变形的程度不同。The composite material of stainless steel foil/copper foil has good mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and conductivity.However,due to the large difference in hardness between the two metals,it is difficult to directly perform composite connection.Ultrasonic welding of multilayer stainless steel foil/copper foil was carried out with aluminum foil as the interlayer.The effect of welding energy consumption on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint interface was studied.The results show that there is no crack in the joint of multilayer composite foil.The atomic diffusion layers with certain thickness are formed at the SS/Al and Al/Cu interfaces,indicating that a certain diffusion metallurgical bonding is realized.The softening and plastic flow of aluminum foil promotes the coordinated plastic deformation between different metals,and mechanical engagement is achieved at the interface.The peel strength test results show that the bonding strength of different interfaces of multilayer composite foil is different.The maximum peeling force of the interface reaches145 N,and the welding energy consumption is 1000 J at this time.The nano-indentation test results of the joint interface show that the hardness of the side near the welding head is higher than that of the side far from the welding head,indicating that the plastic deformation degree of different layers of foil at the interface is different.
