焊接电流对H1000/GMW2异种钢电阻点焊接头组织与力学性能的影响

摘  要:对厚度均为1.2 mm的H1000不锈钢和GMW2低碳钢进行电阻点焊试验研究,分析了焊接电流对接头组织、力学性能以及拉剪断裂模式的影响规律。结果表明:随着焊接电流增大,接头拉剪力先增大再逐渐减小,当焊接电流为8.5 kA时,接头拉剪力达到最大,约为6800 N。当电流达到9.0 kA及以上时,接头内部产生缩孔和裂纹等缺陷,严重影响接头质量。接头存在明显的熔核偏移现象,熔核大部分位于H1000钢侧,组织为奥氏体和少量的马氏体,熔核区硬度介于两种母材之间,约为300 HV。接头的断裂方式随着熔核直径增大而改变,当焊接电流在6.5 kA及以下时,接头拉剪断裂模式为界面断裂,而当电流在7.0 kA及以上时,接头发生纽扣断裂。The resistance spot welding of H1000 stainless steel and GMW2 low carbon steel with the thickness of 1.2 mm was carried out to analyze the influence of welding current on the microstructure,mechanical properties and tensile-shear fracture mode of the joint.The results show that with the increase of welding current,the tensile shear force of the joint increases firstly and then decreases gradually.When the welding current is 8.5 kA,the tensile shear force of the joint reaches the maximum value,about 6800 N.When the current reaches or exceeds 9.0 kA,defects such as shrinkage and cracks are formed inside the joint,which seriously affects the quality of the joint.The joint has significant nugget offset phenomenon.Most of the nugget zone is located at the side of H1000 steel,and the microstructure is mostly austenite and a small amount of martensite,and the hardness of the nugget zone is between the two base metals,about 300 HV.The fracture mode of the joint transforms with the increase of the nugget diameter.When the welding current is less than or equal to 6.5 kA,the tensile shear fracture mode of the joint is interfacial fracture,while the current is bigger than or equal to 7.0 kA,the fracture mode of the joint is button fracture.
